Welcome to the website of Dr. David Ho.
Dr. Ho’s friendly, positive attitude along with his kind and gentle approach, makes the Whitby Dental Centre a welcoming and calming experience. David is very approachable and makes a point of understanding your needs and exceeding your expectations.
We specialize in family and cosmetic dentistry. The fillings placed in our office are mercury free and esthetically white. We give emphasis to both appearance and function of your teeth.
Dr. Ho likes to be at the leading edge of techniques and procedures. He currently serves as the continuing education co-ordinator at his local dental society. Our office is equipped with an intra-oral camera allowing both Doctor and Patient a closer view inside your mouth. Furthermore, computer digital imaging is also available to finesse your smile. See how cosmetic dental procedures can enhance your look before the dentistry is even started. Anxious patients, have no fear! Our office is also equipped with a Nitrous Oxide sedation unit (laughing gas) as well as the ability to prescribe oral sedatives.
New Patients Always Welcome!
Hygiene Services
If you’re flossing every day, and making sure you brush your teeth at least two times a day, you’re doing a great job of maintaining the health of your smile.
Crowns
Crowns can be made out of porcelain/ceramic, gold alloy, or a combination of both. Dental crowns are often referred to as "dental caps".
Full Mouth Restoration
Things like improper dentistry or an overall level of neglect can create the need for comprehensive restorative treatment, or full mouth restoration.
Bridges
If your missing teeth make you feel self-conscious, or you’re noticing problems with speaking, chewing, or other everyday tasks, ask Dr. Ho if a bridge may be right for you.
Invisible Braces
If you’ve suffered from crooked teeth for long enough, but are put off by the thought of wearing traditional metal braces, we have another option that might just work for you: Perfect Smile™ invisible braces.
Non-Surgical Gum Therapy
Gum disease can happen even if you are vigilant about flossing, brushing and taking care of your teeth, which is why it is so important to get routine dental check-ups.
